Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, here is how we will make it right.

Eligible returns and replacements

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • the product arrived damaged or broken,
  • the product is defective or not working, or
  • you received the wrong product, size or colour.

To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and freebies included.

Unboxing video

To help us resolve damage, defect or missing-item claims quickly, please record a clear, uncut video while opening your parcel, starting from the sealed package. Claims without an unboxing video may take longer to review.

Items we cannot accept for return

  • Products that are used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Personal care, hygiene and wellness items once the seal is opened (for example massagers, trimmers or skincare), unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • Products marked "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Gift cards

How to request a return

  1. Email badhiyadeals2026@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and the unboxing video.
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days and share the next steps, including pickup or return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
  • If a replacement is available, you can choose a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return under this policy if it is eligible.
